Google Calendar Access: OLogNlabs accesses your Google Calendar data to identify scheduled events. This includes viewing the calendar events and the details such as the timing, title, and attendees. Access to this information allows us to fetch attendee emails which are crucial for generating sales-related insights. Google Drive Access: We request read access to your Google Drive to access sales materials you have stored. This enables us to generate contextual insights relevant to your sales activities. Facebook Data Usage

Here’s how we handle and utilize your data: Contextual Analysis: Once we gain access to the sales materials on your Google Drive, our LLMs analyze the text and other content to produce contextual insights. This analysis helps in tailoring the sales strategies by providing personalized recommendations and insights based on the sales materials. Insight Generation from Meetings and Attendees: By accessing calendar data, including attendee emails, our LLMs perform a reverse email lookup and domain search. This process is designed to gather relevant background information about the participants, which can then be used to prepare more effective sales pitches and strategies. Security and Confidentiality: We ensure that the processing of data by our LLM technology is done with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. The insights generated are used solely for enhancing your experience on the OLogNlabs platform and improving sales outcomes. We do not share this processed data with any third parties without your explicit consent. Transparency and User Control. We believe in transparency and control when it comes to your data. D. Request for deletion of User’s Information. Users can request for their Personal Information to be deleted. Upon request, we will delete all of your Personal Information that we have collected on the user and will direct our Service Providers to also delete all of the users’ Personal Information. But note that if we do delete all of this Personal Information, the user will no longer be able to use our Services. E. Retention of User Personal Information. We will retain users’ Personal Information for a period of 36 months thereafter all the information will be deleted, permanently. If the user wishes to access, export or transfer any of this personal information , the request for the same should be made within the 36 months window.
